Host/Hostess

We are looking for a Host/Hostess who enjoys meeting people and knows how to make them feel welcome. You will be the face of our events, greeting guests and organizers, answering questions, and helping everyone find their way.

You will have a team around you, and we will train you on how each event works. If you are friendly, dependable, and comfortable thinking on your feet, we would like to meet you.

What you will do

• Welcome guests and help with check-in
• Answer questions and direct people to the right room or team member
• Keep guest lists and arrival information up to date
• Stay in touch with organizers about guest needs and schedule changes
• Help keep entrances and guest areas ready throughout the event
• Assist with simple setup and closing tasks

What we are looking for

• A warm, professional approach to guests
• Clear communication and a willingness to help
• Good organization, especially when several things happen at once
• Reliability and flexibility around scheduled event times

Previous hosting, hospitality, reception, or event experience is welcome, but no previous hosting experience is required. Training will be provided.
