Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and friendly professional to join our team as a Hostess. The main goal of this position is to provide a warm and pleasant experience to our customers from the very first contact with the restaurant, ensuring excellent service and contributing to the positive image of our establishment.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers with warmth and courtesy, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they enter.
• Organize seating arrangements and manage the waiting list to optimize the flow of service.
• Answer phone calls and provide information about the restaurant, reservations, and promotions.
• Assist in maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the reception area in compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the service team to address any issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Should have experience with fine dining restaurant service.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Impeccable appearance and professional demeanor.
• Previous experience in customer service or similar roles is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment with a high volume of customers.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
