Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
• Manage restaurant reservations using reservation management system
• Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table utilization and minimize wait times
• Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism, practicing proper phone etiquette and clear communication
• Maintain organized guest lists, waitlists, and reservation logs to ensure smooth flow of service
• Assist with guest inquiries, provide accurate wait times, and offer exceptional guest relations
• Support food service staff by communicating guest needs and special requests promptly and accurately

Requirements

• Prior experience as a host/hostess or in food service is highly preferred
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail
• Basic math skills for handling reservations, seating counts, and guest management
• Organizational skills to manage reservations, waitlists, and guest flow efficiently
• Knowledge of food safety standards and hospitality best practices
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
