Host/Hostess

Hosts are responsible for creating a welcoming first impression for guests and ensuring smooth front-of-house operations. Their primary duties include greeting customers, managing the waitlist, seating guests in an organized and timely manner, and maintaining clear communication with servers and management.

In addition to in-house responsibilities, hosts also handle takeout and delivery orders. This includes coordinating and packaging To-Go orders, ensuring accuracy, and assisting with third-party delivery services such as DoorDash. They may be responsible for confirming orders, organizing pickups, and communicating with drivers to ensure timely and efficient service.
