Ransom Ridge Winery & Farm Market is looking for friendly, energetic people who enjoy helping customers and creating memorable dining and tasting experiences.

Our destination venue features locally grown produce, baked goods, artisan foods, gifts, wine, cider, ice cream, coffee, and seasonal products. We're looking for team members who take pride in exceptional customer service and love working in a welcoming environment.

What You'll Do:

• Welcome guests with a friendly, helpful attitude as the first point of contact
• Manage guest seating, waitlists, and table rotations efficiently
• Assist guests with wine, cider, specialty food, and market recommendations
• Answer guest questions and help orient visitors to the property
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting entrance and seating area
• Help create an exceptional experience that keeps guests coming back

What We're Looking For:

• Positive personality with excellent customer service and communication skills
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Hostess, restaurant, or customer service experience is preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right people.
