Job Overview
Hospitality is just as important as the food at Lola's. We look for people who help create memories for tables, learn customer's names, and build relationships. Making our guests feel welcome and comfortable is the most important job of our servers.

This is a tipped position, as support staff you will be tipped out.

Duties

• Take responsibility for the guest's experience, make them feel welcome
• Food running
• Ensure that all orders are accurate and meet the restaurant's quality standards before serving.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed.
• Communicate effectively with staff and guests to enhance the overall dining experience.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is not required but preferred.
• Familiarity with food handling practices and safety standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well under pressure are required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
