Hostess

We are looking for friendly, energetic, and reliable Hostesses to join our team. The Hostess is the first and last point of contact for our guests and plays an important role in creating a great dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a positive attitude
• Manage the host stand, reservations, and guest seating
• Accurately manage the waitlist and communicate estimated wait times
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
• Communicate with servers and management to maintain a smooth flow of the dining room
• Answer phones and assist guests with questions and reservations
• Keep the host stand and entrance clean, organized, and presentable
• Help monitor table availability and assist with seating arrangements during busy periods
• Assist the service team when needed, including running food, clearing and resetting tables, and completing assigned side work
• Open Table is a plus
• Maintain a professional and welcoming appearance at all times
• Work well as part of a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment

Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and punctual
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask and handle high-volume business
• Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
