A welcoming first interaction can make all the difference. We’re looking for a Host/Hostess in Charlotte, NC who enjoys meeting people, communicating confidently, and helping create a positive experience from the moment someone arrives.

This role is about more than greeting visitors. You’ll help manage arrivals, answer general questions, coordinate with colleagues, and make sure guests know where they need to go. It would suit someone who is approachable, organized, and comfortable working in a people-facing environment.

A typical week could involve:

Welcoming guests and visitors as they arrive
Answering general questions and providing directions
Managing visitor sign-ins and arrival information
Notifying the appropriate team members when guests arrive
Helping coordinate appointments and scheduled visits
Responding to incoming calls and directing enquiries
Keeping reception and waiting areas tidy and presentable
Maintaining accurate visitor records
Communicating with colleagues to support a smooth visitor experience
Assisting with general reception and administrative tasks

Monday to Friday

The position is full-time and office-based in Charlotte. You’ll serve as a welcoming point of contact for visitors while working alongside the wider team to keep arrivals, enquiries, and daily activities organized.

Hours: 9:00am–5:30pm
Schedule: Monday–Friday

Previous experience as a host, hostess, receptionist, or front desk representative is helpful, but we also welcome candidates from hospitality, retail, customer service, administration, and other people-facing roles.

You’ll need strong communication skills, a friendly and professional approach, good attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized when several visitors or requests need attention.

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, presentable, comfortable speaking with different people, and able to handle enquiries professionally. Training will be provided on internal procedures and visitor management systems.
