Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
• Greeting guests politely and in a timely fashion
• Seating guests and helping them with their coats and luggage
• Checking menus are current, clean, plentiful, and wrinkle-free
• Maintaining cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
• Cashiering and payment taking using PDQ and Epos systems
• Assisting with the serving of drinks when necessary

• A passion for 5* guest service

• Excellent attention to detail
• Confident, professional and welcoming personality
• Impeccable appearance of personal grooming
• Proficient in English language
