Host/Hostess

We are now accepting applications, interviewing, hiring/training potential applicants to join the Texas de Brazil team in Cincinnati, OH!

This is an hourly position that requires nights, weekend & holiday availability.

Our Restaurant Host(s) welcome and warmly greet guests upon arrival. Host(s) answer the phones in a positive and friendly manor; & manage the efficient and timely seating of guests to tables.

• Practice teamwork
• Perform basic opening/closing side work
• Answer questions about food, beverages, and style of service
• Accept and manage to-go and 3rd party food orders
• When possible, open the front door for guests entering or leaving the restaurant
• Notify party when table becomes available
• Provide guests with estimated waiting time
• Accommodate special seating requests for guests whenever possible
• Upon seating, offer guests menu and inform them of their server’s name. Inspect table for proper presentation and completeness
• Assist team members as needed
• Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return

Our hours of operation are as follows:

• Mon - Thurs: 5pm - 9pm
• Fri : 5pm - 10pm
• Sat : 4pm - 10pm
• Sun : 4pm- 9pm
• Holiday hours may vary
