Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service
  • Warmly greet and seat customers in a timely and organized manner
  • Manage the waitlist and monitor table turn times to maximize guest satisfaction
• Restaurant Operations
  • Pre-bus and bus tables to maintain a clean and inviting dining area
  • Assist with side work and support the hospitality team as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience as a host/hostess or in a customer service role is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional, and reliable attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Must be available to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends as scheduled
