We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Host/Server to join our team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests, and efficiently managing dining operations. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for the food industry, and the ability to multitask effectively.

The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, and comfortable multitasking during busy shifts.

This position pays $12.00 per hour and is not tipped out.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly, politely in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and assisting with sanitation practices.
• Manage the reservation system and waitlist
• Provide accurate wait times and coordinate table turns
• Support the front-of-house team as needed
• Cleaning dishes and putting them away.

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
• Positive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Experience preferred but not required—we’re willing to train
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
