Part-Time Host — Third Coast Provisions

Third Coast Provisions, a fine-dining restaurant in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable part-time host to join our front-of-house team.

As a host at Third Coast Provisions, you are one of the first and last points of contact for our guests and play an important role in setting the tone for their dining experience. We are looking for someone who is warm and welcoming, highly organized, and comfortable providing the level of attentive service expected in a fine-dining environment.

Third Coast Provisions is a very team-oriented restaurant, and our hosts work closely with servers, bartenders, and management to maintain the flow of the dining room and provide a seamless experience for our guests. We value team members who communicate well, stay composed during busy services, and are always willing to help the team when needed.

This position will primarily require availability on Friday and Saturday evenings.

What We’re Looking For:

• Availability to work most Friday and Saturday evenings
• One year of previous hosting or restaurant experience preferred
• Experience with OpenTable preferred, but not required
• A genuine interest in hospitality and providing exceptional guest service
• Friendly, professional, and welcoming personality
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage reservations, wait times, seating, and the overall flow of the dining room
• Comfortable communicating with guests both in person and over the phone
• Ability to work closely with servers, bartenders, and management throughout service
• Ability to remain calm, organized, and professional during busy dinner services
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Willingness to learn and contribute wherever needed
