Host/Hostess

We are looking for a part time dayshift host/hostess to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, providing them with menus, taking call in orders and DoorDash orders, and seating guests with regards to sections and skill of server, and completing transactions with cash and credit cards accurately and efficiently.

They will also be expected to provide excellent customer service and answer any questions customers may have. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests.
• Answer phones and take call-in orders, as well as door dash orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Be knowledgeable about menu items and specials.
• Process payments with cash payments, credit card, or gift card.
• Any other responsibilities for a host Position in a fast paced casual restaurant

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $7.80 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 35.0 per week
