Job Overview

Manna Korean BBQ is hiring friendly, organized, and dependable Hosts to welcome guests and help manage the flow of the dining room. Hosts are responsible for greeting customers, managing reservations and waitlists, seating guests, answering phone calls, and helping create a positive first impression.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and the guest waitlist
• Provide accurate wait-time estimates
• Seat guests according to the restaurant’s seating rotation
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
• Answer phone calls and respond to general questions
• Take and organize reservations accurately
• Communicate table availability with servers and management
• Keep the entrance, host stand, and waiting areas clean and organized
• Assist with clearing and resetting tables when needed
• Help accommodate large parties and special guest requests
• Thank guests as they leave
• Complete assigned opening, closing, and side-work duties
• Support servers and other team members during busy shifts

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or customer-service experience preferred but not required
• Friendly, professional, and welcoming personality
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Dependable and able to work well with a team
• Able to remain calm and organized during busy periods
• Comfortable speaking with guests in person and over the phone
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
