Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage the seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow in the restaurant.
• Reservations: Handle reservations and maintain an organized waitlist, communicating effectively with guests about wait times.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure all guests are taken care of efficiently.
• Environment Maintenance: Ensure the entrance and dining area are clean and welcoming at all times.
• Communication: Relay guest feedback and special requests to the management and service staff.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a host/hostess or in a customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
