Host/Hostess

We are seeking a polished, articulate, and highly organized Host / Hostess to join our team in a premium, fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact, you will set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. The ideal candidate blends an energetic, welcoming personality with the professionalism required to manage guest flows, coordinate reservations, and deliver upscale service seamlessly. .Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an Elite First Impression: Greet guests warmly and professionally by name whenever possible, managing the door with poise and confidence.
• Master Seating Logistics: Orchestrate a smooth, balanced seating flow across waitstaff sections, keeping floor pacing smooth and efficient during peak dining hours.
• Manage Reservations: Answer inquiries, manage waitlists, and operate our digital reservation system with accuracy and attention to special guest requests (e.g., allergies, anniversaries).
• Maintain Stand & Ambiance: Keep the entryway, host stand, and menus pristine; ensure lighting, music volume, and front-of-house cleanliness match our upscale standard.
• Support Service Flow: Communicate effectively with servers and management regarding pacing, table status, and unique guest needs to ensure flawless execution.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or an upscale dining/hospitality environment is preferred.
• Professionalism: Exceptional verbal communication, a polished presentation, and strong phone etiquette.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with modern reservation systems (e.g., OpenTable, Yelp Guest Manager) is highly preferred.
• Composure: Proven ability to stay calm, organized, and polite under pressure in a bustling restaurant.
• Availability: Flexible schedule required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
