Host/Hostess

Terrazas at Lyfe is seeking a friendly, polished, and professional Hostess to be the welcoming face of our rooftop dining experience. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment while creating a warm first impression for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements efficiently
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
• Answer phone calls and assist with reservations and guest inquiries
• Maintain an organized flow of the dining room to support service staff
• Communicate clearly with servers, managers, and kitchen staff regarding seating and guest needs
• Provide accurate wait time estimates and keep guests informed
• Ensure the hostess stand, entrance, and waiting areas remain clean and presentable
• Assist with special guest requests and help create an exceptional dining experience
• Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return

Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, upbeat, and professional demeanor
• Ability to stay calm under pressure in a busy environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Familiarity with reservation systems is a plus
• Bi-lingual a must

Pay: $21.40 - $25.77 per hour
