Host/Hostess

The ideal candidate will be the face of our department, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for guests before and after their treatments. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, excellent computer skills, and a dedication to maintaining an organized, efficient environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Experience: Greet and assist customers in a professional, respectful, and kind manner both prior to and post-treatment.
• Inventory Management: Conduct inventory checks and restock supplies during every assigned shift.
• Administration & Filing: Handle daily paperwork, maintain a highly organized physical and digital filing system, and report directly to the Massage Department Manager.
• Scheduling: Assist with scheduling by assigning therapists for upcoming shifts as needed.

Shift & Availability Requirements

• Must be available to work evening shifts.
• Must be available to work double shifts on Sundays and holidays.
• Punctuality, reliability, and trustworthiness are strictly required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Proven experience in customer service and administrative roles.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in using computers, scheduling software, and basic office applications.
• Professionalism: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Pay: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
