Job Summary

Duties

• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and professional guest services
• Manage restaurant reservation systems and seating arrangements to optimize table utilization
• Answer incoming phone calls with proper phone etiquette, assisting with reservations and inquiries
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely seating and service delivery
• Maintain accurate records of reservations, wait times, and guest preferences using restaurant table management systems
• Assist in managing guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and courteously
• Uphold food safety standards by following proper hygiene protocols during guest interactions

Requirements

• Previous experience as a host/hostess or in food service is highly preferred but not necessary
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally over the phone and in person
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tables and guest requests efficiently
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant technology tools is a plus
• Demonstrated hospitality mindset with a focus on guest relations and customer service excellence
