Host/Hostess

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Hostess to join our team. The Host/Hostess will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a welcoming atmosphere and excellent service.

Duties

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them accordingly
• Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
• Provide guests with menus and inform them of specials
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

• Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to help others and contribute to a positive team dynamic

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.64 - $17.65 per hour
