Responsibilities

• Greet guests with enthusiasm and professionalism, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage restaurant reservations efficiently using restaurant table management systems.
• Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table utilization while minimizing wait times.
• Maintain organized guest lists and reservation logs to ensure smooth operations during busy hours.
• Assist with guest services by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly to enhance guest relations.
• Support food service staff by ensuring tables are prepared and ready for new guests, adhering to food safety standards.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Basic skills for managing seating counts and reservation schedules accurately.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Previous hotel or hospitality experience is a plus, along with serving or guest relations background.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
