Host/Hostess Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
• Manage guest seating and ensure an efficient flow of the dining area
• Answer phone calls and assist with reservations and guest inquiries
• Provide guests with menus and information about daily specials and promotions
• Assist guests with special requests and needs
• Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area
• Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to provide a smooth dining experience
• Assist with other front-of-house duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous host/hostess or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
