Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and process their orders using the inhouse POS ordering system.
• Direct guests to their tables, ensuring comfort and satisfaction from the moment they walk in.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations.
• Handle guest inquiries via phone with professional phone etiquette, providing information about menu items, reservations, or special events.
• Support food safety standards by adhering to proper serving procedures and sanitation protocols.

Skills

• Proven experience as a host/hostess or server in a busy restaurant environment with strong guest service skills.
• Knowledge of and familiarity with restaurant management systems like Clover POS.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly phone manner.
• Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic math skills for handling bills, payments, and POS transactions accurately.
• Strong organizational skills to manage guest flow smoothly.
• Commitment to food safety standards and hospitality excellence to ensure guest satisfaction at every touchpoint.
