Host/Hostess/Server

Carrozza is looking for a friendly, dependable, and guest-focused Server/Host to join our team. We are a locally owned Italian restaurant in downtown Edenton focused on fresh food, great wine, and genuine hospitality.

Position Overview

The Server/Host will help create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for every guest, from the moment they arrive through the end of their meal. This position combines front-of-house hospitality with serving and hosting responsibilities, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable working as part of a team and adapting to the needs of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Assist with seating guests and managing the flow of the dining room
• Provide attentive and knowledgeable table service
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Communicate menu items, specials, and recommendations
• Maintain clean, organized dining and host areas
• Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team
• Assist other team members when needed
• Handle guest questions and requests with a positive attitude
• Follow restaurant service, safety, and cleanliness standards
