Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and professional customer service
• Manage restaurant reservations efficiently using reservation management systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction
• Answer phone inquiries with proper phone etiquette, assisting with reservations and general questions
• Maintain organized restaurant table management systems to ensure smooth flow of service
• Support food service staff by communicating guest needs and special requests clearly
• Uphold food safety standards and ensure a clean, welcoming dining environment at all times

Requirements

• Prior experience as a host/hostess or in food service is highly preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle phone calls professionally
• Basic math skills for managing reservations, bills, and table counts
• Familiarity with restaurant table management systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tables and guest requests efficiently
• Knowledge of food safety practices and hospitality standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Previous experience in hotel or guest services roles is advantageous but not required
