Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and hospitality-driven Servers to join our team at JINYA Ramen Bar Katy. Servers are responsible for creating a welcoming guest experience through attentive service, menu knowledge, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with a positive attitude
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and pairings
- Deliver food and drinks promptly
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Work closely with kitchen and management teams
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience not required
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
