Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and organized Hostess/Waitress to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, make guests feel welcome, and ensure a pleasant dining experience. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring a warm welcome.

• Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart.

• Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials and promotions.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.

• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of orders.

• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.

• Assist with setup and breakdown of dining areas for special events or busy service times.

• Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a hostess or waitress preferred, but not required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

• Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
