Host/Server

• Greet guests warmly with a friendly and professional demeanor, setting a positive tone for their visit
• Provide education on wine selection.
• Answer incoming phone calls with courteous phone etiquette, providing information and taking reservations as needed
• Assist guests with seating, menu inquiries, and special requests to enhance their dining experience
• Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems ensuring order accuracy
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, maintaining high standards of hospitality and guest relations
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tasting and dining area in compliance with health and safety standards
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate timely service and smooth restaurant operations
• Support team members during busy periods by assisting with guest services or other tasks as needed

• Proven experience as a Host or Server in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including phone etiquette
• Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such for order processing
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality settings is highly desirable
• Knowledge of guest services principles, restaurant operations, and serving techniques
• Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail under pressure
• Friendly demeanor combined with excellent interpersonal skills to foster guest relations
• Experience working in hotel or hospitality environments is a plus but not required
