Server / Host – Umai Sushi & Noodles

Umai Sushi & Noodles is looking for a reliable, friendly, and energetic Server / Host to join our team in Atlanta.

Located near the Atlanta BeltLine / Old Fourth Ward, Umai is a busy, casual Japanese restaurant serving sushi, ramen, noodles, and more. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a lively downtown environment and wants to become a long-term, dependable member of our team.

Restaurant experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with a great attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

Depending on the shift, responsibilities may include:

• Greeting and seating guests
• Taking dine-in orders and providing attentive table service
• Answering customer questions about the menu
• Handling Toast/POS orders and payments
• Helping organize takeout and delivery orders
• Assisting with packing orders when needed
• Keeping the front-of-house area clean and organized
• Working together with kitchen, sushi, and front-of-house staff

Schedule

Evening shifts, generally starting around 4:00 PM and ending around 10:00–11:00 PM.

Weekend availability is important.

We prefer applicants who can maintain a consistent weekly schedule rather than those looking for a very short-term or temporary position.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
