Social Inn is looking for an experienced, outgoing, and dependable Host/Server to join our team! We’re seeking someone who provides exceptional hospitality, works well in a fast-paced environment, and helps create a welcoming experience for every guest.

Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and welcome guests
• Manage seating, reservations, and waitlists efficiently
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Provide knowledgeable menu recommendations
• Deliver attentive and professional table service
• Check on guests throughout their dining experience
• Process payments accurately
• Maintain clean and organized dining and host areas
• Assist with table setup, resetting, and side work
• Communicate effectively with bartenders, kitchen staff, and management
• Help ensure every guest leaves with a positive experience

Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant serving and/or hosting experience is REQUIRED
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, professional, and outgoing personality
• Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts
• Dependable and punctual
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
