Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating arrangements efficiently to minimize wait times
• Take accurate reservations and manage guest flow using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Provide attentive table service by delivering food and beverages promptly and professionally
• Assist guests with menu selections, answer questions about ingredients, and accommodate special requests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of host stand and dining areas to ensure a welcoming environment
• Handle guest inquiries over the phone with courteous phone etiquette and provide excellent guest relations
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction during busy hours

Experience

• Prior experience as a Host/Hostess or Server in a fast-paced restaurant setting is preferred
• Strong background in food service, customer service, or hospitality industries enhances your ability to excel in this role
• Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective guest interactions
• Experience working in hotel or guest services environments is a plus, demonstrating adaptability to diverse customer needs
• Knowledge of serving techniques and guest relations best practices will help you deliver top-tier hospitality
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure
