Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a memorable dining experience. Your primary responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all special requests are noted.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Engage with guests to provide excellent guest relations and address any concerns or inquiries.
• Process payments using the cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and adherence to food safety standards.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Manage time effectively during peak hours to ensure all guests receive prompt service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Strong sales skills with an ability to upsell menu items effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Familiarity with nightclub settings is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with guests quickly.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $22.00 per hour
