We’re looking for enthusiastic, professional, and guest focused Host/server to join our team at an authentic Spanish Tapas Bar in beautiful St. Augustine, Florida.

Inspired by Spain’s vibrant dining culture, our restaurant celebrates the art of sharing tapas, enjoying great food and drinks, and bringing people together. We believe every memorable dining experience begins with a warm welcome and continues through attentive genuine hospitality and service.

We are looking for team members who bring positive energy, communicate well, and understand that every interaction helps shape the guest experience.

What you’ll do:

Guest welcome & Host responsibilities

· Welcome every guest warmly and create a positive first impression.

· Manage seating and guest flow.

· Make sure no guest gets lost. Help navigate guests through the experience of a traditional Spanish Tapas experience.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting entrance and front curb appeal.

· Coordinate with servers and management to maintain smooth service.

· Provide attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable service.

· Explain our Spanish Tapas menu, ingredients, and specialties.

· Help guests navigate the menu and recommend dishes, beverages, and pairings.

· Monitor guest needs throughout the meal and respond promptly.

· Work collaboratively with the entire team to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

What we are looking for

· Interest in learning about Spanish cuisine, Tapas, wine, and cocktails.

· Previous hosting or serving experience preferred, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
