Location: Palm Beach, FL

Greens Luncheonette is seeking an experienced, reliable, and personable Host / Shift Supervisor to oversee daily front-of-house operations and help ensure a welcoming, efficient dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise front-of-house staff and oversee daily service.
• Create and manage server schedules, including shift coverage and staffing adjustments.
• Train, support, and supervise servers to maintain high service standards.
• Operate Toast POS, including payments, refunds, and daily reporting.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
• Monitor cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and performance.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.
• Support the team with hosting, food running, bussing, and other duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant supervisory or shift leadership experience required.
• Proficiency with Toast POS required.
• Experience preparing and managing server schedules.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working independently.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Weekend and holiday availability as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

• $25 per hour
