We're looking for friendly, dependable Hosts/Hostesses to help create exceptional dining experiences at Lucky's and 9 Dragons restaurants at The Brook. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome, managing seating, assisting with reservations, and helping ensure restaurant operations run smoothly. From greeting guests with a smile to coordinating table flow, you'll play an important role in creating memorable experiences for every guest who visits.

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests with friendly, professional, and attentive service
• Manage restaurant seating and maintain an efficient guest flow
• Assign tables, distribute menus, and accommodate large parties when needed
• Assist guests with reservations and answer menu-related questions
• Work closely with servers, managers, and restaurant staff to create a seamless dining experience
• Maintain organized host stations and support daily restaurant operations
• Follow company policies, health regulations, and departmental procedures
• Help create a fun, welcoming, and guest-focused atmosphere

What We're Looking For

• Dependable, outgoing, and friendly personality
• Minimum of 6 months of hosting experience preferred
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong communication, guest service, and organizational skills
• Ability to remain professional and positive in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable interacting with guests and working as part of a team
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Flexible availability with varied shifts based on business needs
• 9 Dragons is open Wednesday through Sunday
• Lucky's is open seven days a week
