HOT and COLD Kitchen Equipment Technician

Experience Required:

• At least 10 years of hands-on experience in servicing, repairing, and maintaining hot and cold kitchen equipment (commercial and industrial).
• Proven background as a Team Leader or Supervisor, with the ability to manage technicians and support staff.

• Expertise in diagnosing and troubleshooting hot and cold kitchen equipment issues.
• Skilled in preventive maintenance and repair of electrical, mechanical, and gas-operated appliances.
• Strong leadership skills — able to train, mentor, and supervise a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to manage schedules, delegate tasks, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Job Descriptions

• System Reprocess of Refrigerator
• Install, inspect, repairs and maintenance duties on wide variety of kitchen and refrigeration equipment’s
• Attend quickly to emergency call on equipment repair issues, as well as to after work hours call even Saturday, Sunday and Holiday.
• Set up and assist equipment’s during turnover of the store
• Carry-out periodic inspection, cleaning, equipment servicing as well as preventive maintenance
• Making a service report and doing some office errands
• Can work alone without any supervision
• Perform other duties the superior may assign
