Our bustling kitchen team in Northampton is currently looking for an energetic and dependable Hot Kitchen Chef. In this role, you will focus on preparing authentic wok dishes and various Asian hot meals while ensuring high standards of food quality, kitchen safety, and hygiene. ​

Key Responsibilities and Duties: ​

Cooking and executing wok dishes and other hot section items according to recipes and standards. ​Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workstation during peak service hours. ​Collaborating closely with other kitchen team members to keep operations smooth. ​Managing ingredient prep and assisting with stock rotation.

​Candidate Requirements: ​

Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability. ​Ability to stay focused and cooperative in a fast-paced environment. ​Prior experience in a commercial kitchen is a plus, but motivated individuals eager to learn are also welcome. ​
