1. Hot Press Machine Operator

• Position: Hot Press Machine Operator

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor the Hot Press machine for plywood pressing according to specified temperature, pressure, and time standards.
• Load and unload wood veneers/plywood sheets carefully to prevent damage and ensure smooth operation.
• Check hydraulic pressure, steam temperature, and pressing cycle parameters regularly.
• Inspect pressed sheets for defects such as improper bonding, blisters, uneven thickness, or core gaps.
• Perform daily basic machine maintenance, cleaning, and safety checks; report any mechanical issues to the supervisor immediately.

2. Hot Press Supervisor

• Position: Hot Press Supervisor

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Supervise the complete Hot Press section operations and manage the team of press operators and helpers.
• Set and maintain optimal pressing parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle duration) for different grades/thicknesses of plywood.
• Ensure daily production targets are met efficiently while minimizing material waste and press downtime.
• Monitor product quality post-pressing to ensure proper gluing, thickness, and structural integrity.
• Maintain shift production logs, attendance, and coordinate machine maintenance with the engineering team.

3. Finishing Supervisor

• Position: Finishing Supervisor)

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire plywood finishing process, including trimming/cutting, calibration, sanding, putty filling, and grading.
• Supervise operators handling DD saws, sanding machines, and manual finishing work to ensure high-quality output.
• Inspect finished plywood sheets for surface smoothness, corner accuracy, edge finish, and thickness tolerance.
• Manage final product sorting and grading (Commercial, Waterproof, MR/BWP, etc.) before dispatch.
• Coordinate with warehouse/dispatch and production teams to ensure timely delivery schedules and maintain zero-defect standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
