Key Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of technical support experience
- 1 year of Office 365 troubleshooting experience is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Office & Microsoft 365
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with good technical understanding
Role Includes
- Handle customer queries via Phone, Chat & Email
- Troubleshoot Microsoft products and technical issues
