Job Summary
We are a new studio seeking a passionate and dedicated Instructor to join our dynamic fitness team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in yoga and a comprehensive understanding of body mechanics, anatomy, and physiology. This role involves leading engaging classes that promote physical fitness, flexibility, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities

• Conduct group classes that are safe, effective, and enjoyable for participants of all skill levels.
• Design and implement customized fitness programs tailored to individual client goals and abilities.
• Demonstrate proper techniques in Pilates, Yoga, or Barre exercises while providing modifications as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized studio environment to ensure a positive experience for all clients.
• Foster a supportive community atmosphere that encourages client engagement and motivation.
• Stay updated on the latest fitness trends and techniques to enhance class offerings.
• Collaborate with other fitness professionals in areas such as personal training, group fitness, and health coaching to provide comprehensive wellness support.

Qualifications

• Certification in instruction is encouraged; additional certifications in related fitness modality.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, body mechanics, and program design related to fitness training.
• Previous experience in teaching group fitness classes or personal training is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
