Hotel 3rd Shift Front Desk / Night Auditor

Job Overview

The Comfort Inn & Suites Lima is looking for a 3rd Shift Front Desk Agent. The hours for this position are 11pm-7am.

You will be the first point of contact for our guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling guest inquiries, and maintaining the security and integrity of the hotel property. Your proactive approach will help create a welcoming environment that encourages guest satisfaction and loyalty. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality expertise while working during the peaceful overnight shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately through hospitality reservation systems.
• Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing exceptional customer service and resolving guest inquiries promptly.
• Address guest concerns or complaints with a positive attitude, utilizing customer service problem-solving skills to find effective solutions.
• Maintain detailed shift reports, incident logs, and ensure all records are complete and up-to-date for management review.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel or customer service experience preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.

Pay: From $13.50 per hour
