Hotel Admin & Account Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily hotel administrative and basic accounts matters
• Monitor daily hotel sales, collections and payment records
• Check and record OTA collections and settlements (Agoda, Booking.com, etc.)
• Prepare daily/weekly sales and collection reports for management
• Monitor bank transactions and ensure collections are properly recorded
• Check supplier invoices, purchase documents and payment requests
• Prepare payment documentation for management approval
• Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts, payment vouchers and supporting documents
• Monitor Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Follow up outstanding payments and supplier statements
• Prepare monthly expense summaries and basic management reports
• Coordinate with Front Office regarding daily sales, cash and payment records
• Coordinate with suppliers and service providers when required
• Maintain staff/admin records and assist with general hotel administration
• Prepare and organize all accounting documents for the outsourced bookkeeping/accounting company
• Liaise with outsourced accountant, tax agent, auditor and company management when required
• Assist management in cost monitoring and budget control
• Perform other administrative and finance-related duties assigned by management
