We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their stay is enjoyable and memorable. This position requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle various guest inquiries effectively.

Duties

• Welcome guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel and its amenities.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications through phone systems or in-person interactions.
• Assist with guest relations by addressing concerns or complaints in a professional manner.
• Maintain knowledge of local attractions, dining options, and resort services to provide recommendations.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
