HOTEL AND RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR

The role is responsible for overseeing the resort and restaurant’s daily operations, ensuring excellent guest service, efficient staff performance, safety, cleanliness, and financial control.

• Resort Operations: Inspect rooms and facilities, monitor reservations and guest services, coordinate maintenance and housekeeping, and ensure safety and security.
• Restaurant Operations: Oversee food quality, sanitation, kitchen and dining operations, staff readiness, reservations, inventory, customer service, and cash transactions.
• Staff Management: Conduct briefings, assign duties, monitor attendance and performance, provide coaching, and coordinate all departments.
• Financial & Administrative: Review sales, revenue, expenses, inventory, purchases, cash records, reports, budgets, and performance targets.
• Guest Experience & Marketing: Engage with guests, address feedback and reviews, improve services, promote resort and restaurant offerings, and maintain supplier/partner relationships.
• End-of-Day: Review operations, resolve outstanding issues, secure cash and facilities, prepare turnover reports, and plan staffing and priorities for the next day.
