• Manage hotel guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Implement and monitor hotel policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and industry regulations.
• Oversee budgeting, financial management, and revenue strategies to maximize profitability while controlling operational costs.
• Conduct night audits and oversee financial operations including billing, cash handling, and reporting to ensure accuracy and accountability.
• Lead human resources functions such as staffing, training, performance evaluations, and managing multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette.

Experience

• Proven supervisory experience within the hospitality or hotel management industry with demonstrated leadership in overseeing hospitality teams.
• Strong background in hotel operations management, including guest services, property management systems (PMS), revenue management, and financial operations.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest interactions across diverse populations.
• Experience managing hospitality operations budgets with proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and resource allocation.
• Knowledge of hospitality reservation systems and property management software (PMS) is essential for efficient booking and guest data management.
