This shift is 4:00pm-11:00pm and The Bistro is open 7 days per week located in the hotel lobby. The cook/bartender position is responsible for preparing/serving food and alcoholic beverages to order using pre-set menus. On busier evenings, there would be at least 2 associates possibly 3. On slower evenings there is only one team member.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Bartender/Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience in the hospitality industry, is knowledgeable about various types of drinks and mixology, and is capable of providing excellent customer service. A successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the restaurant industry, a passion for creating unique cocktails, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Understand and adhere to all state and local liquor laws.
• Mix drinks accurately and quickly.
• Prepare food to order using speed cook oven, fryer, or stovetop.
• Greet customers in a friendly manner.
• Interact with customers in a professional manner.
• Maintain an accurate cash drawer.
• Operate Micros workstation to ring in orders and settle payments.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $12.50 per hour
