Duties

• Prepare and set up breakfast stations, ensuring all food items are fresh, appealing, and properly presented in accordance with food safety sanitizing procedures
• Serve guests efficiently and courteously, providing in-person customer service that exceeds expectations
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, counters, and food service equipment, adhering to cleaning protocols
• Assist with food handling and food preparation tasks as needed, following all food safety management guidelines
• Operate kitchen equipment such as toasters, coffee machines, and warming trays safely and effectively

Skills

• Previous experience in fine dining or restaurant environments is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and food handling practices
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Familiarity with wine knowledge is a plus for serving beverages responsibly
• Experience in catering or banquet settings is advantageous
• Physical ability to perform manual handling tasks including weight handling in the workplace
• Culinary experience or background in the food industry enhances your ability to deliver quality service

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
