Hotel Breakfast Attendant

SpringHill Suites – Irvine is looking for a friendly, reliable Part-Time Breakfast Attendant to join our team on Saturdays and Sundays. The Breakfast Attendant prepares and serves our complimentary daily breakfast, greets each guest warmly, and makes sure every guest leaves breakfast 100 percent satisfied.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, personalized service to all guests
• Set up and maintain the breakfast bar in an attractive, well-stocked, organized, clean, and standardized presentation
• Take inventory of food, beverages, and supplies needed each day
• Order or purchase food supplies as needed
• Prepare foods such as fresh fruit, coffee, and juices
• Stock coffee, juice, and milk machines or dispensers
• Set up serving dishes, trays, utensils, cups, and paper products
• Arrange cold foods such as pastries, muffins, and cereal for self-service
• Clear and clean tables as guests leave
• Wipe up spills and remove trash
• Restock food and supplies throughout service
• Wash serving equipment and return it to storage
• Return reusable food items to proper storage
• Listen and respond to guest requests or concerns

Qualifications

• Reliable weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday) is required
• Friendly, positive attitude with strong customer service skills
• Previous hotel, restaurant, or food service experience is a plus but not required

Schedule

• Part-time, weekends
• Must be available Saturdays and Sundays

Pay: $19.00 per hour
