Responsibilities

• Address visitor questions and requests promptly, courteously, and efficiently
• Clear tables during breakfast using proper methods for removing dishes, glassware, and silverware in a timely manner
• Take orders, and deliver food and drinks to guests while they are in the dining area
• Make sure that the breakfast buffet is fully set up each morning and that fresh items are always offered throughout service hours
• Sanitize and ensure cleanliness of all buffet bar areas, including tables and chairs, and empty trash as needed

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or hospitality, ensuring guests feel welcome and valued.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized dining area, demonstrating attention to detail.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in setting up and maintaining buffet stations, ensuring all items are fresh and well-stocked.
• Strong communication skills to effectively address guest inquiries and requests.
• Ability to collaborate with team members, fostering a supportive and positive work environment.
